Get ready to cook up a storm at the Coworker Cook Off! The main objective of this campaign is simple: bring healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner from home to eat at work! We want to break the cycle of unhealthy fast food eating and promote healthy eating habits!

Faculty and staff can enter the Cook Off to win various prizes!

here's how it works:

  1. Take a picture of your homemade meals and recipe (or ingredients used). 

  2. Submit pictures and recipes to Wellness Champions through email, Facebook, or Instagram. 

  3. Keep an eye out for our "Ingredients of the Week" to gain a bonus entry! 

  4. Enter through 03/05/2018 to 04/02/2018. Winners will be chosen by raffle! 

  • Faculty and Staff only eligible to enter. 

  • When entering please include name, department and email. 

  • If entering through Facebook and/or Instagram, please use: #UCIcookoff2018

  • One entry for breakfast, one entry for lunch/dinner. Total of two entries per day. 

  • Must submit recipe/ingredients used along with picture(s) to count as an entry. 

  • Each entry will count as a "raffle ticket" 

  • Ten winners will be chosen at the end of the contest. 

  • Prizes will include vouchers to eat at the Anteatery and other select items. 

  • All entries will be included in a cookbook that will be sent to all faculty and staff at the end of the contest.
